The Taiwanese brand renews its scooter range in view of 2026 with models ranging from the 125 city to the medium-sized crossover, passing through a new hybrid technology

Kymco is now a permanent presence at Eicma. And even in this year’s edition it did not disappoint expectations in terms of new models. The Taiwanese manufacturer, present in Italy since the early 90s, has long been an absolute protagonist of our scooter market, with a solid reputation earned thanks to the reliability of its products and its after-sales services. Its main segment of expertise is always that of city ​​scootersbut to event Milanese, in addition to the updates of established models, a couple have emerged that aspire to assert themselves even far from the urban jungle.

1Kymco Agility 125 NX 2026

Kymco makes its debut at EicmaAgility 125 Nxa model that marks the dawn of the fourth generation of the successful oriental high wheel. The change of pace compared to the outgoing generation is however clear already in aesthetic terms: the new front, for example, has a different optical unit which sees the main headlight rise up to the handlebars, redefining the “face” of the Agility. And immediately behind him is a new LCD instrumentation. There is a new engine called Green Power, with 4 valves and air cooling, for which they are declared 11.2 HP And 10.7 Nm of couple. With a full 7.5 liter tank, the Agility 125 Nx comes to weigh 134.7kg while the saddle is 815 mm from the ground. It will arrive in dealerships in spring in three colours, alongside (and not replacing) the current Agility 125 S.

2Kymco People R Hybrid

The most intriguing debut at the Kymco stand is probably that of People R Hybridor the brand’s first hybrid scooter. In automotive terms, you might call it a mild hybrid: it combines a traditional thermal engine from 125 cc And 12.6 HP to a starter motor integrated into the stator, a solution capable of offering extra sprint while reducing consumption. Its technological equipment includes ABS, traction control, an LCD display, two USB sockets and a keyless system. The Kymco People R Hybrid keeps the standard top case, it weighs 134kg with all liquids and has a saddle 800 mm from the ground. Price and date of arrival in dealerships have not yet been confirmed.

3Kymco X-Tera 350 2026

Among the most photographed new Kymco models at Eicma there is also the new one X-Tera 350a scooter with massive shapes that can be included in the thriving crossover trend. It features a single-cylinder 321 cc with 4 valves and liquid cooling, credited with 29.2 HP And 30.5 Nm of peak torque. The equipment is very rich and includes a 7″ TFT display, two USB sockets, dash cam front and rear, heated grips and adjustable windshield. The same goes for the chassis, a department in which the upside-down fork and disc brakes for the 15″ front wheel and 14″ rear wheel stand out. The picture is completed by the 805 mm seat height 195kg of weight in running order. Price and availability, however, are still being defined.

4Kymco Micare 125 2026

Compact, light and subtly sporty, the Micare 125 is Kymco’s new proposal for moving easily around the city. Its 125cc air-cooled engine produces 8.8 HP of power and 9.8 Nm of torque to push its 108kg in running order up to its claimed top speed of 90 km/hbut the low consumption also allows it to obtain an autonomy of around 250 km with the almost 5 liters of fuel that its tank can contain. The chassis is structured around a tubular steel frame with pressed plates and includes a 26 mm fork, a disc braking system with CBS system and 14″ rims. The Micare 125 will arrive in Italy in February 2026 in the matt black and brown colours. price already confirmed by 2,090 euros.

5Kymco X-town ST 250 2026

Designed to move around the city without disdaining long trips out of town, the Kymco X-town St 250 is updated in the name of comfort. Characterized by a GT design despite the flat platform, it is powered by a 246 cc single-cylinder for which they are declared 23.1 HP of power and 22.8 Nm to 6,000 of maximum torque against a weight of 184kg in running order. The equipment is obviously complete and includes ABS, disengageable traction control, the chassis has its fulcrum in a tubular steel frame and includes a 13″ front rim and a 12″ rear. Furthermore, compared to the previous version, the under-seat compartment has grown and the saddle height has dropped to 770 mm. The new X-town St 250 will materialize in Kymco dealerships next spring in anthracite and black colors with a price tag of 4,690 euros.
