The President of the Republic Alexander Stubb, 57, published a touching update on Instagram in honor of Father’s Day.
In his writing, Stubb first wished a happy Father’s Day and then continued his writing with a touching story about his own father, Göran Stubb, 90.
– Father, or Pappa, has always been my role model, my support and my security. It still is. There hasn’t been anything so big or small that you couldn’t talk about with your father. There has always been a solution, the writing continued.
Stubb, who is himself a father of two children, also writes about his own fatherhood. According to Stubb, happiness comes from seeing your own child grow up and find his own path in the world.
– If my children feel even a fraction of the love I feel for my own father, I have succeeded as a father, says Stubb.
Stubb has chosen a joint picture of his own father and brother as the picture for the publication Nicolas with. The picture was taken at the beginning of this year Göran’s at a birthday party.
