The 55-year-old man worked at Wonderwijs in Assebroek, a sub-municipality of Bruges. In the primary school for special education, LT would have played a role as a physiotherapist. Following a complaint about inappropriate behavior, he was suspended in the summer of 2025. After further investigation, the suspect was even arrested at the end of September and brought before the Bruges investigating judge. He decided to arrest him on suspicion of violating sexual integrity and possession of images of sexual abuse of minors.
