Dutch Public Prosecution Service demands eleven years in prison and compulsory treatment for parents who abused foster girl: “The cage was electrified”

The Dutch Public Prosecution Service has demanded eleven years in prison and compulsory treatment against the foster parents from the town of Vlaardingen (province of South Holland) for the systematic, gruesome abuse of a foster girl, her sister and two other boys. “This case is unique in its gruesomeness,” the prosecutor said at the end of the second day of the hearing.
