Viola Holt died in her hometown of Muiderberg. She became a TV icon last century as an announcer at the VPRO and later presenting programs such as The 5 o’clock show and TV romantica, after which she also made Klasgenoot. In 1984, Holt graced the Christmas cover of Playboy, which became the best-selling issue ever. In recent years she has been active as a Reiki master in her hometown.
