Around this time of year we traditionally remember the people we had to hand over. We all die, but the way we guide our dead to their final resting place varies considerably. In Ghana, West Africa, they make a real celebration of this, with personalized coffins. A coffin in the shape of a fish, boat or shoe? The entire village is happy to contribute.
