Venus Williams, 45 years old and with seven Grand Slam titles under her belt, showed off a black and white power suit: low-cut blazer with lapels in white silk, with nothing underneath, and matching trousers. To illuminate everything, layers of crystal necklaces which continued the theme of the evening. Next to her, Andrea Preti, 37 years old, in a black and white pinstripe suitcompleted his wife’s chromatic harmony.

The two walked hand in hand, giving smiles and knowing glances to the photographers. An image that tells not only of a personal union, but also of a perfect stylistic understanding for such a glamorous occasion.

The wedding was celebrated on 19 September at the Punta Imperatore lighthouse, in Forio d’Ischia. Intimate ceremony, guests forced to sign confidentiality agreements and hand over their cell phones: no photos leaked, other than the one chosen by the couple themselves. Immediately afterwards, a second celebration in London, more reserved and intimate, with relatives and close friends.

The love story: from Milan to the Amalfi Coast

The love story between the two began in 2024. First public sighting in July, on a romantic holiday on the Amalfi Coast. Then the social confirmation in January 2025, during a trip to the Bahamas. The official debut as a couple? Milan Fashion Week, where Serena would have acted as “cupid” between her sister and the actor. The ring on Venus’ finger, spotted in Rome during a training session, sparked engagement rumors, which were later confirmed in July 2025 in a post-match interview.

Who is Andrea Preti, husband of Venus Williams

Born in 1988 in Copenhagen and raised in Italy, he started out as a model and then embraced acting. He signed the direction, screenplay and performance of the short One More Day (2014), which was followed The Wolf Man and a period drama about homophobia in 19th-century southern Italy. Also among his works Of all colors, An enemy who loves you and the series A professor. He participated in The Island of the famous (2016) e The Mole (2024).
