Consensual termination of the relationship, Silvio Pietro Angori leaves office on 29 October. The search for the new CEO has started
In a note released to the press on October 28, Pininfarina announced “a consensual agreement for the resolution of employment and administrative relations” between the Turin design company and the CEO Silvio Pietro Angori. The manager will leave his position on October 29th. Pininfarina’s note also specifies that the next CEO, for whom the selection has started, will have to “continue Pininfarina’s growth path and implement the related strategic priorities”. The company concludes by highlighting that “the transition represents an operational change and does not imply any broader strategic change with respect to the Company’s direction. Pininfarina remains fully aligned with its long-term vision, focused on excellence in design, innovation and sustainable growth”

Silvio Pietro Angioni became CEO of Pininfarina in 2009. In recent years he has led the company’s recovery, managing the transition to the Indian Mahindra group. Having joined the company in 2007 as operations director, Angioni previously worked in Fiat Auto’s research services center and as a researcher at AgustaWestland Helicopters.
