Due to a collision on the track between Groningen and Groningen Europapark, there are currently no trains running between Assen and Groningen. According to the NS, this will last until at least 8.15 am.
Travelers who still want to go to Groningen can take the bus from the station in Assen.
The police informed on X that around 5.15 am this morning there was a collision between a person and a train near the Helperpark in Groningen.
