The A17 from Roosendaal is close to the Klaverpolder junction. There is a huge part of a crane, a grab, on the road. The asphalt is severely damaged.
The grab was on the truck’s low loader and hit an overpass. As a result, the part ended up on the road. Other road users managed to brake in time. No one was injured.
It is unknown when the road will reopen. Traffic can take a detour via Breda on the A58 and A16.
