An F1 legend Michael Schumacher more information has become available about the suspected rape related to the home.
Accused of the crime is an Australian racing driver who was previously the world champion’s son, Mick Schumacher friend. The accused did not arrive in Switzerland last week for the court hearing of the case on the spot.
According to T-online the driver is in Sydney, Australia. According to the lawyer, the accused did not make it to the trial “due to personal family concerns”. The driver promised to be there for the next hearing.
However, the next court session may not be until next year. If the accused does not arrive at that time as well, he can receive the sentence in absentia.
One peculiar detail is that the nurse who has now emerged as a rape victim was previously mentioned in connection with the Schumachers’ blackmail case.

The suspected rape took place in the Schumachers’ Swiss house in November 2019. According to 24 heures, which was the first to report on the case, the nurse who treated Michael Schumacher joined a group that spent the evening at the house after her work day, which included the man accused of rape and Schumacher’s physiotherapist.
The party drank plenty of drinks, which included energy drinks and vodka. The nurse couldn’t stay on her feet for the rest of the evening.
The man now accused of rape and the physiotherapist carried the nurse to a room in the house to sleep with her clothes on. According to T-online, both the nurse and the accused had their own rooms in the Schumachers’ home, as they stayed in the house from time to time.
The duo’s rooms were connected by a door. According to the prosecutor, the driver returned to the room through the intermediate door and raped the defenseless nurse twice.
The nurse woke up later. She noticed her sheets were bloody and suffered pain in her intimate area.
In the morning, the nurse did not remember the course of the evening. He later texted the driver and asked him to stay away from him.
The nurse filed a criminal complaint in 2022 when she was fired from her job.
