That happened just after 10 p.m. on the Kazernepad. When the victim cycles along the Poeloever, he is stopped by a group of eight to ten young people. A number of boys from the group threaten him, grab him and abuse him. They steal his phone.
Free again
The police made two arrests based on seized items, camera images and the stories of witnesses. One boy was arrested a day after the robbery and the other on Thursday morning, October 16. The suspects are 13 and 15 years old.
They are free again, but must adhere to a number of conditions. The investigation into them is still ongoing.
