PFor the second consecutive year Carolina Herrera and NABA, New Academy of Fine Arts, meet to create a creative and unique project: Supporting Women’s creativity. The students and people who do not identify with the gender assigned at birth but identify as women and have activated the Alias Career in NABA of the 2nd and 3rd year, both from Rome and Milan, were invited to participate in a competition with a high level of femininity and creativity. Up for grabs, in addition to a cash prize, is also HR mentoring from Puig, and a shooting to be carried out with us at iODonna. An important recognition from both an economic and educational point of view.

The inspiration
Carolina Adriana Herrera observing the work of NABA students.
The students of NABA, New Academy of Fine Arts, were asked to reflect on the key values of the Carolina Herrera brand: sisterhood, freedom and self-confidence. The Herrera woman is impossible to miss, cheerful, bold, authentic, expressive and loves to dress colorfully. Furthermore, the girls will have to create a project that also incorporates the essence of Good Girl, the iconic fragrance of the brand which since 2016 has conquered the whole world and all generations, also becoming a phenomenon for Gen Z through TikTok.

How the project will take place
Carolina Adriana Herrera during last year’s final
By November 16, NABA students will have to present a work that investigates what it means to be a woman today, what type of femininity can be celebrated today and what the modern-day Carolina Herrera woman can be like. Creativity has been left absolutely free, the girls will be able to create video and photographic projects, illustrations and tangible products.
