Mountaineer Lotta Hintsa is expecting her first child together with her husband, actor and musician Sebastian Rejman.
Hintsa published a series of photos on her Instagram account, which shows everywhere the baby has already “visited” before being born.

In several pictures, Hintsa poses at heights, holding her heart-shaped hands over her stomach.
The pictures show how Hintsa has hiked when she was pregnant, for example, at an altitude of 4,000 meters, on a via ferrata route, i.e. a climbing route that uses steel cables as security and help, in the Dolomites, and on various hiking and running trips in breathtaking mountain landscapes.
Rejman has also participated in some of the trips, because in the last shot of the photo series, Rejman poses like Hintsa with his hands on his stomach.

In connection with the publication, Hintsa has clarified how it has been possible to do such climbs safely even while pregnant.
– Please note that all activities have been done with extreme caution and after discussing with doctors. For example, high altitude is not recommended for expectant mothers because hypoxia is not safe for the fetus.
Hypoxia refers to a lack or scarcity of oxygen in the body.
– Thanks to years of experience and constant monitoring of oxygen saturation, I have been able to continue climbing even at higher altitudes. In all the climbing or mountain running I have done, I have been very careful not to fall, he writes.
Hintsa says that he always had a backup plan ready in case something went wrong. With his publication, he sends an important reminder to his followers.
– If you are pregnant, I encourage you to stay active, but put safety first, he concludes.

Hintsa and Rejman shared a big surprise in an interview with Vogue Scandinavia in September, when the interview revealed that they got married and were expecting a child.
Hintsa said at the time that it was decided to organize the wedding with less than three weeks notice. Hintsa found out that her sister was coming to visit Finland with her family.
– We called our closest family members to ask where they would be that weekend. Everyone was available, so we agreed on the date right then and there: August 9, Hintsa told the magazine.
Rejman proposed to his mountaineer partner in the Alps in June 2025.
