After the successful restart at the beginning of this year, the Lunch Garden restaurants are getting an extreme makeover. The chain wants to evolve into the best and tastiest ‘cheap brasserie’ in the country. So get rid of the refectory feeling and focus more on à la minute preparation. The very first ‘Lunch Garden 3.0’ opened its doors in Wijnegem. Our reporter went to take a look, tasted three Belgian classics and saw that one dish stood out.
