Job Knoester thinks it is a bit hypocritical that Victor Vlam has said that he suffers from a tendency to score. “I’ve met him here before, but he says stupid things sometimes.”
According to TV critic Victor Vlam, it was detrimental to the authority of Job Knoester that he once called on the viewers of Today Inside not to vote. “I think that was a learning moment in his career on television. There was a bit too much scoring drive behind it,” says the podcast maker, who also sometimes participates in VI.
Stupid things
What does Job think of that sneer? The lawyer responds to it in the Today Inside from last night. Does he indeed suffer from a scoring drive? “Yes, otherwise you wouldn’t sit here, would you?”
Wilfred Genee: “Do you think Victor Vlam is a dick?”
Job: “No, I don’t think he’s a dick. In fact, I’ve met him here before, but he says stupid things sometimes, yes. Yes…”
‘He’ll say something’
Johan Derksen thinks that Victor is doing a great job as an opinion maker. “Well, he says things we don’t like, but at least he always says something.”
Job: “Well, if you, like Victor Vlam, say that someone has a tendency to score, I don’t find that useful.”
Johan: “No, but is it incorrect?”
Job: “No, it’s right.”
Johan: “Well, then he can say that, right?”
‘Don’t bother you’
Wilfred thinks it is good that Job is so down-to-earth. “But I don’t think it bothers you, does it?”
Job: “No, things like that don’t bother me, Wilfred.”
Johan: “But you’re not going to sit next to me anymore?”
Job: “Oh, yes, why not?”
‘Believes in himself!’
VI star René van der Gijp thinks Victor is a blowhard. “But Victor Vlam does believe in himself, I can tell you!”
Job: “Yes, but is there anyone here who does not believe in himself?”
Johan: “Yes, I think that’s the nice thing, because he comes here and without that he starts ranting, doesn’t he?”
Job: “He just shouldn’t have done that thing at Shownieuws. That was the only thing.”
Wilfred concludes: “There is still a little kitten at the end. Yes, yes, but other than that it doesn’t bother you at all. That’s good of you.”
