Remaining hostages transferred to Red Cross in Gaza Strip

Another group of hostages has been handed over to the Red Cross in the Gaza Strip. They include Bar Kupershtein, Evyatar David, Rom Braslavski, Yosef Chaim Ohana, Segev Kalfon, Avinatan Or, Elkana Buchbut, Maksim Herkin, Nimrod Cohen, Matan Zangauker, David and Ariel Cunio, and Eitan Horn.

Earlier in the day, seven hostages were released. This would mean that all twenty living hostages who were still being held in the coastal area have now been released.

The aid organization plays an important role in the transfer of the hostages. These are collected by the Red Cross and handed over to troops from Israel.

In return, Israel releases about two thousand Palestinian prisoners. These are expected to be taken to Palestinian areas in buses.
