Tipping point for coral reefs almost certainly reached according to science

The world’s tropical coral reefs have almost certainly reached a tipping point for their survival due to warming oceans, scientists conclude in the Global Tipping Points Report, in which 160 scientists from 23 countries are participating. They are so damaged that they cannot recover.
