DOW JONES–A dealer from Lang & Schwarz reported quite lively after-hours trading on Thursday. PSI Software’s shares were little moved after the company confirmed a Reuters report in the evening that it was in talks with financial investors about a possible takeover offer. The company said it is in advanced discussions with three parties, namely Thoma Bravo, HgCapital and Warburg Pincus, to enter into an investment agreement and a possible takeover offer. With the report, the share price jumped significantly at the end of regular trading and closed a good 22 percent higher. After trading, the share price was 0.5 percent higher.

In contrast, Energiekontor was valued 10 percent lower. Due to project delays in Germany and changed general conditions for several British wind power projects, the planned sale of which is intended to contribute predominantly to the consolidated earnings before taxes (EBT) for the 2025 financial year, the earnings forecast for the 2025 financial year has been adjusted. The group EBT is now only seen at 30 to 40 million euros, after previously 70 to 90 million euros.
