Harry Kane’s contract in Munich still runs until 2027. FC Bayern has already developed a roadmap for how things should continue with the Englishman.

Those responsible at FC Bayern are apparently working internally on a precise plan that will include a shared future with Harry Kane. The English international striker has become indispensable for the Munich team, but his current working paper contains a clause that could soon come into effect.

According to information from “Bild”, the stipulated exit clause amounts to 65 million euros – which can be activated by Kane until January 31, 2026. It would expire from the following day. For the German record champions, this means a clear time mark: If Kane does not express a desire to change, a contract extension would then be possible without any risks.

Given the high financial demands, the club management is currently cautious. Early replacement of the clause is currently out of the question – according to the report, this approach would be too costly. Kane’s contract in Munich runs until 2027. If the Englishman does not activate the clause, he could receive a new contract with Bayern.

By the way: As things stand, there are no plans for a salary increase for the attacker. According to reports, Kane earns around 24 million euros a year. The club is aiming for a general reduction in the salary structure in the squad, especially since the attacker would be 34 years old when the contract ends.
