Foster parents Heavily abused Vlaardings Girl (11) For the first time in person before Judge

Foster parents John van den B. and Daisy W. must appear at the Rotterdam court for the first time today. The Vlaardingers (38) are suspected of horribly mistreating four foster children who were entrusted to their care. The 10-year-old foster girl at the time was so seriously injured that she will never be the old one again.
