The construction group wants to raise two buildings on the wasteland. For the first project, Mistral, immovable heritage already gave a positive advice. For the second building there was a negative advice for the time being. Former ships Yves Miroir is worried because it is a protected cultural-historical landscape.
“That’s not right at all,” says Peter De Decker of Groep Versluys. “It is an urban development area. Moreover, contracts have been concluded with us of which Mr Miroir is well informed because he was ships in the college that signed the contracts.”
