Well, I am enthusiastic, right? Or I like working with him for many different reasons. He is an incredibly loyal employee. Yes, because the people, but also to the club. No matter where he was. So he is a trainer who is of course confronted with day -to -day business and of course knows that we all have to deliver together in order to achieve our goals. But at the same time you notice and feel in cooperation that he also understands his mission to make players better. To create a team that can also act with a football idea in the coming years. And he is emotional. That suits us. We are emotional association. We are a special club. I know that in particular, in particular, a bit may always be critical. But we know where we come from. You notice that, you can feel it. We are a big family, a large community. And then it fits this community, this family, which he has already experienced as a player. Just fits very, very well here. And that’s why? Is it what we need to in the end to say yes in the challenge that we want to face and have to face. And, and there it is an important piece of the puzzle.
