The Turkish Football Federation responded to the allegations of Galatasaray President Burak Elmas in a statement.
Here is that explanation;
“The President of Galatasaray Sports Club, Mr. Burak Elmas, made statements regarding his visit to our Federation in his speech at the 2021 Ordinary General Assembly Meeting, in which he responded to the criticisms of the members.
Like the allegations made by Mr. Elmas about our Federation, the ‘punch on the table’ and the dialogues he mentions are also fictitious.
It is not possible for us to accept the efforts of our Federation to be under suspicion and to try to wear it down, by constantly acting with the approach of “The ground is moving” regarding the meeting, which took place in the TFF President’s room in a manner befitting the institutions and with the utmost courtesy.
