Roger Lukaku, the father of Romelu and Jordan Lukaku, died at the age of 58. He also played at KV Oostende for a while. In September 1998, Roger Lukaku left KV Mechelen. He moved to KVO and ended up in the first class. His adventure at Ostend ended in 1999, when the club relegated.
