Hemi Invest Oy is Heikki Viitikko and Mikko Saarni a company owned by a company. It is now the main shareholder of Jokerit Helsinki Oy with 52.92 %.
The club announced on Monday that Saarni will continue in the club’s operational leadership and chairman of the board, while Viitikko is now focusing on the development and growth of Hemi Invest Oy and the Joker, especially outside hockey.
– Jokers need to strengthen the economy. It is a priority that enables a well -off sports club. We start to build income streams that come from outside the hockey. We are a young club, we do not have this inorganic business in the club yet, says Viitikko.
– We have good plans for that side of paper. But then, when we have a sturdy to say, then we are news. It is useless to talk about unfinished things.

– It is good for clubs to have out -of -hockey income. Lock and Fly are excellent examples for that idea, says Viitikko.

The future of the Jokers is in the league. It is possible for the diva team to rise there within the prevailing rules if it wins Mestis and can qualify with the league jumbo team.
If it succeeds next spring to win the qualifying series, the place will open at the highest level in the country.
