The most world ranking Carlos Alcaraz continued his impressive final series at the ATP tournament in Tokyo.
The Spaniard reached his ninth final one after the other in the Olympic tennis stadium of the summer games of 2021. After the 3: 6, 6: 3, 6: 4 against Norwegian Casper Ruud, Alcaraz plays against Taylor Fritz (USA) for his eighth title of the season.

This year Alcaraz has already triumphed at the US Open, in Cincinnati, in the London Queen’s Club, at the French Open, in Rome, Monte Carlo and Rotterdam.
Alcaraz had launched his final series at the clay court Masters in Monte Carlo, since then he has only lost two matches in individual tournaments: in the endgame of Barcelona against the Danes Holger Rune and in the final of Wimbledon against his great rival Jannik Sinner (Italy).
