Lingonberry porridge
(For 4 people)
2 dl of lingonberries
1 dl oatmeal
1/2 dl sunflower seeds
1 tbsp coconut syrup or some other syrup
1 teaspoon of genuine vanilla as a powder
200 g of curd yogurt
1/2 dl vanilla -flavored soy milk or ordinary milk
1. Measure the lingonberries in a bowl and crush the berries slightly so that you get the juice out.
2. Add the other ingredients, mix and place the bowl in the refrigerator. The porridge can be absorbed overnight, making the structure thicker or you can enjoy it a few hours after making.
