From today, Monday 15 September 2025it is possible to request the Psychologist Bonus 2025. Applications can be submitted until November 14, 2025, exclusively in electronic mode via the INPS portal, attaching a valid ISEE. On the first day of opening of the service, however, several users reported Disservices and technical problems. The INPS has also estimated that, given the high turnout of requests recorded today, the budget available could get out already within a couple of days.

Who tried to Connect to the INPS portal Today, Monday 15 September 2025, to request the Psychologist Bonus 2025she encountered many difficulties. On social networks and forums many citizens have reported problems in sending the demand: already in the early hours of the morning there were disservices. Some users have displayed on the site the procedure relating to the 2024 bonus, while others have not even managed to access the portal, receiving the message: “A mistake occurred during the requested operation“.
INPS responded to these reports specifying that There was no disservice. In a note, the body said: “From midnight and one minute, when the procedure opened, until 3pm we counted 38 thousand questions presented. We expect that in a couple of days the availability of resources established by the government for this bonus runs out”. The INPS then added: “It may happen that someone cannot complete or correctly load the question. From our side we do not record disservices, also because the system is able to manage much higher flows, as happened for other performance”.

The Psychologist Bonus 2025required by the last budget law, is intended for those who live situations of depression, anxiety or stress and cover the expenses for psychotherapy sessions. The question must be accompanied by a ISEE during the validity and not exceeding 50,000 euros. The extent of the contribution depends on the ISEE band:
- Up to 15,000 euros: maximum contribution 1,500 euros;
- Between 15,001 and 30,000 euros: maximum contribution 1,000 euros;
- Between 30,001 and 50,000 euros: maximum contribution 500 euros.
For each single session there is a maximum cost of 50 euros.
rankings and first visit

The rankings are drawn up separately by region and autonomous province of residence. In case of acceptance of the application, the user will receive SMS or e-mail with the assigned amount and a unique code, which must be communicated to each session by the psychotherapist participating in the program.
There first session must be carried out within 60 days From the communication of acceptance of the application, otherwise the right to the decade bonus. The bonus is paid directly to the professional and not to the applicant.
