Kooijman and Cox also knew each other: “When I greeted Gerard, he was just as cordial and sweet when I got to know him, years ago at the jubilee of our dear communal girlfriend Joke Bruijs,” said the 43-year-old actor who closes his message with: “You’re going to be a good boss wherever you are.”
