THEautumn brings with it not only the return to school and to the routine, but also a package of economic aid designed to support familiesespecially those with lower income. It is a series of bonuses, some already active, others coming in the coming weeks, which are worth a total of over 2.1 billion euros. To remember it is Assoutenti, the association that protects consumers, who underlines, however, how does not miss criticality: limited funds, delays in the implementing decrees and rules that narrow the audience of the beneficiaries.
All autumn bonuses for families: we start from the psychologist
From 15 September it is possible to apply for the so -called Psychologist Bonusa contribution that aims to help those who face anxiety, depression or emotional fragility. The amount varies according to the ISEE: up to 1,500 euros for those who have very low incomes, below 15 thousand euros, 1,000 euros for those who are between 15 and 30 thousand, 500 euros for families up to 50 thousand euros.
The sessions, reimbursed up to 50 euros each, will be paid directly to the professional. The allocation for 2025 is 9.5 million: a figure that, as Assoutenti warns, will be able to cover just over 6,000 questions.
Green appliances, but with rigid rules
Pending the implementing decree, the appliance bonus will also arrive. The goal is to encourage the purchase of low energy consumption devices and produced in Europe. The contribution will cover up to 30% of the expenditure, with a maximum of 100 euros per product, 200 euros for those who have an ISEE under 25 thousand euros. Only models with certain energy classes can be purchasedE: washing machines and ovens at least in class A, class B hoods, dishwasher and class C dryers, class D refrigerators.
For this incentive 50 million euros were allocated.
Nest and micronids: more resources for the little ones
Among the most anticipated bonuses there is the one intended for nursery schoolswhich will cover the frequency expenses both in public and private structures. The amount varies according to the ISEE and the date of birth of the child. From a minimum of 1,500 euros for income over 40 thousand to a maximum of 3,600 euros for children born after January 1, 2024 with families below 40 thousand euros. For 2025 the state has allocated almost 938 million euros.
The “dedicated to you” card for food shopping
From 10 September last, The lists of the beneficiaries of the card dedicated to you have been made availablea 500 euro prepaid card reserved for families with ISEE up to 15 thousand euros. It can be used for the purchase of basic necessities. However, the nuclei that already perceive other subsidies such as the inclusion allowance, the Naspi or the layoffs cannot be received. For this intervention 500 million were allocated.
Sports and rentals: small aid for young people and students
There is also room for the boys. The sport bonus includes 300 euros for each child between 6 and 14 years of age who frequent sports courses or extracurricular activities. It is intended for families with ISEE up to 15 thousand euros and applies to a maximum of two children. The resources allocated amount to 30 million. For university students out of office with Isee under 20 thousand euros Instead, a contribution of about 279 euros per year arrives to support the rental expensesbut only if the university does not have university residences and the student is in compliance with the exams. The funds available are 16 million.
Bonuses, aid between limits and hopes
The package of measures covers very different areas and, in total, are worth over 2.1 billion euros, but the shadows are not lacking behind the overall figure. In fact, some bonuses have ample allocations, while others risk exhausted almost immediately. This is the case of the psychologist bonus, with sufficient funds just for a few thousand questions in the face of a much higher request.
To this are added implementation decrees that proceed slowly, as for the incentives on household appliances, e rules that exclude many potential beneficiaries. Having said that, although the package of measures will not be enough to fill the economic difficulties of millions of families, However, it represents support in crucial sectors such as health, childhood and education.
And, as the President of Assoutenti points out, Gabriele Melluso, can be an extremely precious tool, “as long as the funds are used well and that the funds are adequate”.
