Rachel Hazes takes measures after a number of annoying incidents with wet armpits in her catering business in Torremolinos. She’s tired of it. “I now always have a dress with long sleeves on.”

Given her unpopularity in our country, you would not say it, but the catering business of Rachel Hazes in the ordinary holiday village Torremolinos often seems to be quite full. Full of Dutch people of course, who sometimes want to see this famous Dutchman in real life. They also want chicken saté and not complicated tapas.

Nasty man

Journalist Margriet Marbus, who lives around the corner at Rachel, has joined Casa Hazes for the second time and has written a review for De Telegraaf. “The terrace is packed with only Dutch people.”

Many people also ask for a photo, she saw. If Rachel is therefore asked, the professional widow shouts: “Of course, sir. You must be able to show at home that you really ate that nasty person!”

Wet armpits

All those photos with the people are daily fare, says Rachel. She has taken measures to avoid unpleasant situations. “Yes, that is how it works. Nowadays I always put on a dress with long sleeves.”

Then why? “Of course I am small and people often put an arm around me. But then I always have everyone’s armpit on my shoulder. And here, with these temperatures, everyone naturally sweats a lot.”

Ah, Rachel does not smell of frying at the end of the day, but to the deo of Theo from Zaandam. Can Bumastemra release that poor woman from her suffering?
