Florian Wortmann, who works as a Chief Brand Officer for Bugatti, takes a short break.
“That was it for a while,” with these words, Wortmann introduces his announcement on the time out on Monday at the LinkedIn career network. “From now on it is time for me: to be dad. I take a small but fine break to enjoy the beautiful moments with my family and our latest member.”
Wortmann, who was appointed first Chief Brand Officer of the Herford clothing provider about two years ago, only withdraws for September, as he explains to fashionunited. He was “completely open” for two weeks and then he is partially returning to work. From October everything will be normal again. The background for the time -out is the birth of a child.
“My focus: Press the break and live full at the moment. This phase is only a small break, but for me a real reset. New perspectives arise,” said Wortmann.
At the brand Bugatti and the umbrella company Bugatti Holding Brinkmann GmbH & Co. KG, he is responsible for the areas of brand building and product development. Since he had the task at Bugatti, a lot has happened. Among other things, a new store concept was launched, a mockmentary series for the social media channels was shot and a partnership with the DSC Arminia Bielefeld. In addition, Bugatti presents itself at the men’s fashion fair Pitti Uomo in addition to a stand with special actions, including a fashion show and a caffè.
Of course, Bugatti does not stand still during his absence. During this time he builds on his “top team”. Even if the period is not very long, the manager also sets a clear sign of a good work-life balance, which is not a matter of course in the fashion industry.
