How far the good times in which every Apple event was cloaked from absolute secret, by the wait of a “messianic announcement” are. The rumors and social networks have anticipated almost everything, however, on the family of the four iPhone 17 presented in Cupertino, including the appearance of an unprecedented accessory, the crossbody shoulder strap in the most bright colors. Yet, it was certainly the most important launch event from Covid onwards, given the growing competitive pressure of Samsung and Xiaomi, the rebirth of Huawei, some recent false steps and the delays in the AI. Above all, the first iPhone was expected without physical sim, a solution made useful by the choice of making room for more capacious batteries (real Achilles heel than Chinese phones) and has come punctually together with the other novelty: the ultra -thin pomeonfine – also here in the wake of the innovations of the competition – called iPhone 17 Air.

The heart of all four models is the A19 chip – in the 17 basis the faster 20% of the predecessor – but it is in the IR that the A19 Pro debuts, with the fastest CPU, the processing unit – present on a smartphone, in some way also at the service of the high computation tasks required by artificial intelligence. “Total Game Changer”, this is the definition that the great chief Tim Cook has coined for the new series that is completed with the two pros and the return (stra-nunged) for the body to the aluminum, a less valuable but lighter material and that better dissipates the heat, a decisive feature for the most performing batteries, announced as “the largest ever inserted in an iPhone”. In the Pro models, the photographic function has always been pre -eminent and this time too it is, with three sensors all 48 MPs and with lenses that allow an 8x zoom. Panoramic portraits and photos with very accurate details are announced.
