At least 24 deaths in ‘barbaric’ Russian air raid: victims were in a row for pension benefit

At least 24 people were killed in a Russian attack on a village in the east of Ukraine. The victims stood in line at the time of the attack to receive their pension benefits, the authorities reported on Tuesday. Nineteen were also injured.
