Russia has again modernized its notorious deep sea unit, specialized in undersea sabotage. This is reported by the highest soldier of the British Navy, General Sir Gwyn Jenkins, to the British newspaper ‘The Sun’. According to him, Moscow shows that it continues to invest in military capacity, despite the ongoing war in Ukraine.
