Even after over four decades on stage and in the studio, Herbert Grönemeyer is not tired to try new things. In his special concert series, the “right in the middle-acoustic” shows, you can see the singer live on two evenings in the Berlin Velodrom on two evenings.
At the center of “right-wing-acoustically” are the focus of newly arranged unplugged versions of selected highlights from Grönemeyer’s discography. The singer is supported by his band, an orchestra and the Berlin Radio Choir. The shows are also recorded on the upcoming album “Unplugged 2 – by everything differently”.
Tickets
The two concerts on September 11th and 12th are already completely sold out. Around 90,000 visitors: Inside, the evenings at Grönemeyer’s Unplugged concerts are expected.
Approach
The Berlin Velodrom is located in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg and is therefore very easy to reach via public transport.
With the S-Bahn lines 41 and 42, as well as the S8 and S85 you drive to the Landsberger Allee stop, which is directly connected via a short walk to the entrance to the bike. The same applies to the tram lines M5, M6 and M8 and the bus lines 156 and 200. Alternatively, the line M10 on Paul-Heyse-Straße, which is also in close proximity.
The following applies to arrival by car: There are no visitor parking spaces available on the Velodrom, and the surrounding parking facilities are also very limited. The organizers therefore recommend the Q-Park parking garage on Alexanderplatz and the onward journey by tram.

The admission for the concerts by Herbert Grönemeyer in the Berlin Velodrom begins at 6 p.m., the gig will start at 8 p.m.
