The Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry Regulation on food hygiene regulates the retention period of food. According to the regulation on baking point products, the products should no longer be eaten the next day.
We wrote about the subject earlier this week.
Is there any official interpretation here?
In the popular grocery store in Lidl, the guidelines go this way.
– For baking point products, the general guideline may be to be intended to be eaten on the date of purchase and are not intended for longer, Lidl’s Selection Manager Vilma Vornanen tells you.
– In particular, products containing easily spoiled bakery products, such as rice pies, stuffed or animal ingredients, should not be used the next day – especially if they have been stored at home at home.
Breads and rolls will stay longer than certain pies.
However, there are also exceptions.
– The exception is the baking point products bread and rolls that remain better. We also sell these products in Lidl the next day at Lukka-Ali at a cheaper price, he explains.
