“Real estate work, when done alone, can become overwhelming. There are too many areas to cover, and if you do not delegate or share, you stagnate. That is why I decided to change the focus,” explains D’Onofrio, which currently leads a team of six people inside the Re/Max network.
More than a team, Maximiliano created a work ecosystem, where each member develops within a structure designed to sustain them. It is not simply “sharing office”: tools, learning, errors, challenges and, above all, a common vision are shared. “Here there is a methodology, a constant support network and an ethical framework of joint work,” he says.
This collaborative approach allowed D’Onofrio not only to form more solid and safe agents, but also multiply the volume and quality of operations.
Defined roles, cross formation and data that make a difference
In Team d’Onofrio, each member has specific strengths, far from competing, they complement each other.
“The idea is not that everyone does everything. It is that each one enhances its differential and puts it at the service of the team,” Maximiliano details. In addition, they drive cross formations so that everyone knows the tools and processes of others. The result is a faster operability, less emotional wear and a much more fluid and professional customer experience.
Since the equipment was consolidated under this model, the volume of closed operations increased significantly. But d’Onofrio does not measure success only in numbers: it also values the low rotation of agents, customer satisfaction and the level of internal commitment. “People do not leave the team because they feel part of something. They know that it takes place to grow, that there is listening, accompaniment and results. It is a virtuous circle.”
A replicable model
The interesting thing about D’Onofrio’s approach is that he is not limited to his personal experience: he can be replicated by any agent who wants to take a professional leap without losing quality of life. “Today there are many excellent, but burned agents. What we propose is not to work more, but to work better. And for that, the team is not a luxury: it is a necessity.”
What makes Team d’Onofrio different within Re/Max?
- I work for specialties, not generalities.
- Operational coordination with the client’s focus.
- Learning culture and emotional support.
- Intelligent use of digital tools.
- Horizontal leadership and shared vision.
In times where the real estate agent usually faces only an increasingly demanding market, the collaborative model proposed by Maximiliano d’Onofrio marks a before and after. And not only within Re/Max: also in the way of thinking about real estate work in Argentina.
