Crowd bath in the heart of Milan for the two Ferraristi in the event preceding the GP Italia. Charles: “Sunday will be difficult but not impossible”. Lewis: “Nothing like Ferrari”
The Italian Grand Prix 2025 in Monza, which will start on Sunday 7 September, has already begun: on the streets of Milan, in fact, the Ferrari F1 has met the fans in the “Drive to Monza” event, the usual appointment that introduces the national car car race. A red tide welcomed Charles Leclerc and Lewis Hamilton, the two Ferraristi who, despite the 2025 results, have never lost support of the fans. In Monza Domenica will be sold out (350,000 tickets sold) and in Piazza Duomo there were boys and girls in the queue from the early hours of the morning even just to take a photo with their idols. An unconditional demonstration of love for Ferrari and his two pilots, who had to make his way between hundreds of autographs before reaching the terrace of Palazzo Reale and taking a special selfie with all the red people.

“Seeing so many people is a unique emotion – says Leclerc, winner in Monza in 2019 and 2024, to Sky’s microphones – I still can’t get used to these emotions. The cheering that Ferrari has no one else. On Sunday? How do you say in Italian, ‘There is no two without three’. The emotion you feel on that podium is a beautiful thing. We will do everything to win, it will be difficult.”

Alongside Leclerc there was Lewis Hamilton, who won 5 of Italy, praised by the crowd on a par with Monegasque. “All these people are incredible, seeing everyone here makes my heart go to a thousand. I love Milan. Being a Ferrari driver is special: winning with the other teams is fantastic, but like Ferrari there is nothing. Thank you all for the extraordinary support, we need all this energy on the weekend, guys!”.
