A 29-year-old man from Mol could be freed around 8 pm on Friday after he got stuck in the gears of a windmill in Genk. He was working at a great height on the engine of the turbine along the Henry Fordlaan. “We had to look for a way to free him for a long time without amputating his arm,” said Bart Aerts of the East Limburg Fire Zone, who explains how the rescue campaign went.
