Marteria first mixed up the hip-hop genre with Base Ventura and songs such as “One of you”. At the latest with his hit song “Lila Wolken” (2012), who sold over a million times in Germany alone, the North German rapper became the spokesman for an entire generation.

Now, after eight years after the second part, he announces the continuation of his album series: Fortunately, in the spring of 2026, the future III. At his free surprise concert in Warnemünde, around 20,000 visitors learned: the first thing in the inside was from the upcoming release and received a foretaste of the songs of the new album.
Fortunately into the future becomes hip-hop trilogy
Fortunately in the future (2010), the rapper negotiated life in the urban jungle between disorientation and the driving desire for change. Fortunately, his successor to the future II (2014) secured his place in pop culture and is now a classic in German hip-hop. Songs like “radiated”, “Kids (2 fingers on the head)” or “Omg!” quickly became the soundtrack of the 2010s. Today they are part of the collective repertoire of German songs that can almost certainly be sung at every party.
That is not surprising, because both albums were produced by The Krauts – the duo that worked with Seeed or the Fantastischen Vier, among others, and also contributed to Peter Fox ‘solo project Stadtstaffe (2008).
What fans expect
While the first two parts of the album series have already been musical arguments with the present, luckily to the future III will also try to keep the mirror up. With a mixture of political and “extremely personal” songs, the Rostock musician wants to give the departure a new sound. For long -term fans there will also be Easter Eggs that you can look forward to.

With the new album, Marteria will go on a tour of Germany next summer and play on individual festivals. The concert series in his hometown Rostock starts in August. Tickets for his shows will be available from September 1st.
