NATO: Belgium will achieve 2 percent standard for defense expenditure this year for the first time

This year, Belgium, just like the other 31 NATO member states, is expected to achieve the 2 percent of NATO for Defense spending this year. This is evident from new figures published by the military alliance in the night from Wednesday to Thursday. It is the first time since that objective was set that our country will make the norm.
