Years of experience
Rutger himself comes from a ‘kitchen family’. The company was first from his father, who himself worked for around forty years in the kitchen industry. Rutger: “The profession was already in early: the kitchen stores were already discussed at the dining table. I didn’t think this work was reserved for me.”
Until Rutger’s father still asks him to occasionally jump in. The one is the other and now Rutger has been working since he was 21one In the family business.
