The fire started this morning at 11 a.m. There was soon a blazing fire and the fire brigade warned the area of the thick, black smoke that was released.
With a platform and a heat imaging camera, the fire brigade tried to see where the fire was, and wanted to prevent the fire from skipping to the houses.
That succeeded and the fire was under control fairly quickly. The fire brigade indicates that, despite the fear, no asbestos has been released in the event of the fire.
The Salvage Foundation will assist the residents when handling the damage.
