Almost exactly a month after his 15 million euro change from Rosenborg BK – for this one record -revenue – Sverre Nypan leaves his new club Manchester City. Second division FC Middlesbrough confirmed the commitment of the 18 -year -old central midfielder for the 2025/26 season on Tuesday afternoon.
In Norway, only John Obi Mikel, for whom 2006/07, output 20 million euros in Norway. At Rosenborg, John Carew was previously at the top with his 8.5 million transfer to Valencia in the 2000/01 season.
“Nypan is a central/offensive midfielder with an exceptionally high football IQ for his age,” says Bastian Schmitz, market value admin for transfer market in Norway, the top talent. “He is two -footed, creative and has a good passing game – many of them are very intelligent passports.” It is also variable from his position. “This season he was used as a ‘wrong 9’ and as an offensive midfielder, although the deeper position is much better.” A few problems would have recently been born in the growth, which is why he sometimes also showed fluctuating performance.
