Between Lookman and Koné the difference is profound, if not abysmal. And the decisive change of course on the Inter market objective is well summarized a more general strategy modification. Because until a few weeks ago the fate of the Atalanta striker seemed to be linked with a double knot to Inter, then a few days passed and the chosen one on which to invest the Nerazzurri treasure (set between 40 and 50 million) had become the Giallorosso midfielder. Today, one ended up in stand-by by choice and the other momentarily blocked by Rome. But between midfielder and striker, the choice will still fall on a median of power and muscles, no longer (or at least not before) on a quick striker capable of guaranteeing different characteristics compared to the offensive men already present in the squad. The reason is simple, and concerns the tactical idea that Cristian Chivu has in mind for the team.

The choice, compared to the recent past, will not be of breakage. But in any case something will change, because the goal of the new Nerazzurri technician is to deviate from 3-5-2 in the “Inzaghian” mold and insist on a slightly different 3-2-1 (or 3-4-1-2).
