New offensive against ‘mega classes’ from D66 and SP: no more than 21 children per class

Classes at primary schools and in secondary schools must eventually count 21 children per teacher. According to D66 and SP, the elimination of ‘thirty plus classes’ is the way to boost the quality of education and lower the workload for teachers – despite the still dire teacher shortage.
