The accident happened just after midnight at the Fabrieksgracht in the city. Probably, the police say, the car hit the Fatbike with three people from behind it.
Two victims who were on the Fatbike had to go to the hospital with the ambulance. The third could go to the first aid on its own.
The driver of the car, a 21-year-old man from Den Helder, and the driver of the bicycle, a minor, are both suspected of involvement in a traffic accident with seriously injured.
The police conducted an investigation at the factory canal until 6.50 am this morning. The fatbike and the car have been taken.
