This means that the IJmuiden identity is incorporated into the third shirt of De Witte Leeuwen, the club reports. “The striking tattoos on the shirt descend from the symbolic history of the sailor songs: struggle, travel and bondage on the coast.”
‘Unconditionally behind the club’
This is in line with the identity of the club, reports Telstar. “The roots of the club, adventurous course and the protective spirit of IJmuiden. Together time and again – unconditionally – behind the club.”
